I'm Stefan - a full-stack software engineer with a passion for creating intuitive, valuable technology. I excel at taking ideas from conception through to deployed software that solves real issues for users.

My specialty is leveraging my diverse technical skills to build custom applications. On the front end, I design responsive interfaces that deliver great user experiences across devices. I leverage my expertise in JavaScript frameworks like React. On the back end, I employ languages like Python and Node.js to architect scalable, reliable systems.

I have particular experience developing trading platforms, simulations, machine learning models, and other complex platforms. These projects require a dynamic skillset combining strong math/data skills with programming versatility. I hold a BS degree in Applied Math and a BA degree in Computer Science, which give me an edge in these areas.

While I love diving into code, I believe that being an effective developer is about more than technical abilities. It's just as much about mindset and collaboration. I'm a strong communicator who provides transparency to stakeholders throughout the development cycle. Before his role at QuartzCoder, Aaron honed his expertise in various domains, including lead acquisition at Auction Enders and e-commerce specialization at Airboss Defense Group. His tenure at Remax Distinctive as a Realtor underscores his versatility in navigating the real estate landscape, adeptly negotiating contracts, and conducting market analyses.

Aaron's leadership extends beyond the boardroom, as evidenced by his service as a firefighter, EMT, and probationary trainer at the Cabin John Park Volunteer Fire Department. There, he managed medical treatments, designed training programs, and led community outreach efforts, demonstrating his commitment to public service and community welfare.
